When you sign up, we'll ask for your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Subsequently, during the process, zappyfind.ai will collect professional, educational, preferences and other data that are required for recommending matching jobs and candidates.

Search & Discovery Preferences

To help surface the most relevant results for you, we collect your search queries, filters, preference settings, saved items, and similar discovery-related information.

Voice Interactions & Transcripts

If you use our AI-powered voice assistant, we will record and transcribe those interactions. This includes any personal information you choose to share during the conversation, such as your skills, experience, goals, or anything else you feel is relevant.

These recordings and transcripts may be made available to recruiting or evaluating companies on the Platform, so they can assess your suitability for relevant roles or opportunities. By using the voice assistant, you acknowledge and agree to this sharing.

Recordings are also used internally for quality assurance and to improve the Services we provide to you. We will never use your voice recordings to create biometric voiceprints.

User-Generated Content

This includes any files, notes, bookmarks, or other materials you upload or create on the Platform.

Cookies & Usage Data

Cookies are small digital files stored on your device when you use the Platform. We use them to collect device and usage data (e.g., IP address, login details, session identifiers) to deliver the best possible experience and to improve our service over time. You may disable cookies at any time via your browser settings, though this may limit your access to certain features.

Marketing Preferences

We'll record your preferences regarding marketing communications when you register, so we only reach out in ways you're comfortable with.

Publicly Available Information

We may collect publicly available information about you from third-party sources (such as professional profiles or public databases) where it is relevant to personalising your experience on our Platform. We may use AI tools to understand how your interests and behaviour align with available content or results. This may include generating relevance scores, rankings, and personalised summaries.

We may also use anonymised interaction data and aggregated usage data to improve our AI systems and matching algorithms. Call recordings may be shared with recruiting or evaluating companies on the Platform (as described in Section 3), and are also used internally for quality assurance. We will never use your voice recordings to generate biometric voiceprints, and we will not sell or license your personal data to train third-party AI models.

We may process personal data to protect our rights and those of our users — for example, to detect and prevent misuse, fraud, or security vulnerabilities.

Platform Partners

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of them, email us at hello@zappyfind.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're using ZappyFind.ai from outside India, please ensure your use of the Platform is consistent with any applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We may transfer your personal data to countries where our technology partners or service providers are based. When we do so, we take appropriate steps — such as contractual safeguards — to ensure your data remains protected to a standard comparable to that in India.
