In 2017, our founders sat inside a small office at the Kinfra Hi-Tech Park in Kochi, Kerala, watching a problem play out in real time. Recruiters were drowning. Hundreds of CVs. Endless spreadsheets. Phone screens that took days to schedule. And after all that effort — candidates who dropped out, or hires that didn't last.
The tools existed to fix this. AI was maturing. Automation was becoming accessible. But no one had brought it together in a way that felt genuinely usable by a real recruiter at a real company. So we built it.
Zappyhire launched as an end-to-end AI recruitment automation platform — and grew to become one of India's most recognised HR tech brands, winning the IDC DX Award, the Government of India's Digital India Platinum Award, and earning the #1 Recruitment Automation ranking on G2.
ZappyFind is the next chapter. We took everything we learnt from 7+ years and 103,000 recruiters — and built the talent discovery layer that both sides of the hiring equation deserve.
