Legal Entity: Intellioak Technologies Pvt Ltd is a company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Brand Name: "ZappyFind.ai" is the brand under which we operate. Any reference to "ZappyFind," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Intellioak Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Registration

You'll need to create an account before using the Platform. Each user may only register a single account. Once registered, you'll have the opportunity to interact with our AI assistant over a voice call or chat — this helps us understand your experience, preferences, and goals so we can surface the most relevant results for you.

If we reasonably believe an account has been created using a bot or other automated methods, we reserve the right to remove it without notice.

Keeping Your Details Current

Please keep your contact information accurate and up to date. If you believe your account details or personal data have been compromised or misused, notify us immediately at hello@zappyfind.ai.

Account Use & Termination

Once you've signed up, you're under no obligation to continue using the Services. You may close your account and stop using the Platform at any time by deleting your account from your dashboard.

Please use your account responsibly. We may suspend or terminate an account — at our sole discretion and without liability — if we reasonably believe that:

• The user has not complied with these Terms;
• The user's access or use of the Platform may cause harm to ZappyFind.ai, other users, or third parties;
• The user's use of the Platform may breach any applicable law or regulation; or
• Suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Platform or the ZappyFind.ai brand or any related brand of the ZappyFind.ai.

What We Do

ZappyFind.ai provides AI-driven search and discovery services, connecting candidates with relevant opportunities and facilitating introductions to prospective employers and partners. While we'll do everything we can to surface the best matches for you, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes — including interviews or job offers.

Licensed Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for the duration of your use of the Services. This licence is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including trademarks, copyright, database rights, and the underlying software — are and will remain exclusively owned by Intellioak Technologies Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or interest in these rights.

AI Accuracy & Limitations

Our Platform uses AI technologies, including large language models, which are evolving rapidly and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Our AI assistant may, for example, provide imprecise information about salary ranges, role requirements, or professional guidance.

Voice & Chat Interactions

Our Services include voice and chat interactions with our AI assistant. These interactions are recorded and transcribed to better understand your background, preferences, and goals. Recordings may also be shared with recruiting or evaluating companies on the Platform to help assess your suitability for relevant opportunities — as further described in our Privacy Policy.

We also use interaction data to improve our Services more broadly for the benefit of all users. By using the Platform and its Services, you agree to your input — which may include personal data — being used for these purposes.

At ZappyFind.ai, we take your privacy very seriously. To understand how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal data — including voice recordings — please read our full Privacy Policy.

We work hard to surface the most relevant opportunities for you, but the ultimate decision to engage with any candidate rests with the employer or partner — we cannot guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or any other specific outcome.

Accordingly, we cannot accept liability for outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or Services;
• Acts, errors, or omissions by any employer, partner, or other third party;
• Inaccuracies or limitations in AI-generated outputs, recommendations, or results.
• Any act that can cause impact including, but not limited to - cyber attack, third party intrusion etc.

No Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZappyFind.ai and Intellioak Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Direct financial loss — such as loss of income, salary, earnings, or employment opportunity directly resulting from use of or reliance on the Platform;
• Indirect or consequential financial loss — including loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of contracts, or any other indirect economic harm, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Losses arising from third-party decisions — including any financial impact resulting from an employer's or partner's decision to hire, reject, or disengage with you, which is entirely outside our control;
• Losses from AI inaccuracies — including any financial decisions made in reliance on salary guidance, role recommendations, or other outputs generated by our AI, which are provided for informational purposes only and must not be treated as financial advice.

The Platform may also occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance. We take reasonable steps to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, and we accept no liability for any loss — financial or otherwise — resulting from such unavailability.

We expect all users to engage with the Platform honestly and responsibly — both for our own benefit and to ensure a fair experience for everyone. When using ZappyFind.ai, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself or others.
• Engage in harassment, hateful speech, or any form of discrimination.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable laws or regulations.

If any of the above occurs, we may investigate, suspend, or terminate the relevant account. We also reserve the right to bring a claim against any user for any losses or damages we suffer as a result of their conduct. In serious cases, we may refer matters to the relevant authorities.

Notification of Successful Placement

If ZappyFind.ai introduced you to a company and you subsequently accepted a role or engagement through that introduction, please notify us within 30 days by updating the information in the portal. This helps us with our records and allows us to keep the Services free for other users.

Re-Interview Fee

If you wish to retake the AI interview — for example, to update your profile, improve your responses, or reflect a change in your experience or goals — a fee will be applicable. The current fee will always be clearly displayed on the Platform before you proceed. By completing the payment, you confirm your agreement to the re-interview charge.

Payment Terms

• All fees are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking the re-interview.
• We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. ZappyFind.ai does not store your payment card details.
• We reserve the right to update our fee structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect payments already made.

Refund Policy

Once a re-interview session has been initiated or completed, the fee is non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing your session, please contact us at hello@zappyfind.ai and we will assess your case on its merits and revert to you.

No Waiver

If we choose not to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms on a particular occasion, that does not mean we waive that right permanently — we may still exercise it at a later date.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party — for example, in the event of a business sale or restructuring. These Terms will continue to apply in full to all users in such circumstances. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed removed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation first. If a formal resolution is required, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we introduce new features or when applicable laws change. We'll always notify you of any material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Please make sure you read any updates carefully. If you continue using the Platform after we notify you of a change, you'll be taken to have accepted the updated Terms.
